Refund policy
At AVVYON, all products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we follow a no-return policy except in specific cases.
❗ NO RETURN CONDITIONS
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been opened or used
- Fragrance पसंद नहीं आया (subjective reason)
- Discovery sets / trial packs
- Items purchased under sale / discount / offer
✅ ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT (ONLY IF):
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received is damaged or leaked
📌 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)
To claim replacement:
- Unboxing video required (without cuts)
- Video must clearly show package opening
- Claims without video will be rejected
⏳ CLAIM WINDOW
- You must report within 24 hours of delivery
- No claims will be accepted after this period
🔁 REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Only replacement will be provided
- No refunds will be issued in any case
- Replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days
🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
- Prepaid orders are non-refundable
